This 50-minute class is held at the stunningly beautiful yoga barn at Bone Family Farms, just a few minutes south of Springfield TN, and only 15 min from Pleasant View.
These midweek yoga sessions are designed to build a strong yoga foundation. In this class we will learn basic breathwork, warm up our spines, practice sun salutations, perform both standing and seated poses, and complete our practice with a guided visualization and meditation. We will be making time for self-awareness, cultivating self-compassion, and improving mobility, strength, and overall health. This class is beginner-friendly and was created for everyone who is interested in practicing the fundamentals of yoga.
No experience is required, all levels welcome.
Mats provided or bring your own.
